What data we collect
- Identity data — name, company, role.
- Contact data — email, phone, site address.
- Booking data — services requested, site details, contact information for the visit.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, anonymous analytics.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and delivering services), contract (delivering booked services) and consent (marketing where applicable).
Retention
We retain personal data for 7 years to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations, and then delete it.
Cookies
Our website analytics are first-party and cookieless — they count page views without identifying you, and they set nothing on your device.
If you sign in to the customer area we set a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for that feature, and it clears when you sign out. The booking form also keeps your part-finished answers in your browser’s own storage, so you do not lose them if the page reloads; that never leaves your device.
When we are running advertising on Google, we ask permission first before setting any Google advertising cookies. They are used only to tell us which advert led to an enquiry, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not work. We do not grant Google permission to personalise advertising or to build remarketing audiences from your visit. If you decline, nothing about the site changes; if you accept and later change your mind, use the Cookie choices link at the foot of any page, which withdraws consent and deletes those cookies.
